| TopMailers.com uses FedEx as the preferred shipping provider. FedEx provides free insurance up to $100 on all packages, and offers online package tracking. We reserve the right to ship via the United States Postal Service on lighter items such as Bubble Rolls, Shipping Labels, and Packaging Tape. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. | |
| When will my order ship? | |
| Unless otherwise stated, your order will ship the same day if the order is placed by 1:00 pm EST. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. | |
